UrgeLock is a digital self-discipline and habit control application designed to help users interrupt urges and build better habits using fast, action-based techniques.
3. Not a Medical Service
IMPORTANT: UrgeLock is NOT a medical, therapeutic, or healthcare service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are struggling with addiction, substance abuse, or mental health conditions, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service for its intended purpose
- Take responsibility for your own health decisions
- Not rely solely on UrgeLock for serious addiction or medical issues
- Seek professional help when needed
5. Subscriptions
Free usage:
- Logging and the learning phase are free
- Guided urge support is limited without Premium
Premium plans:
- Premium Monthly — renews every month
- Premium Yearly — renews every year; an introductory offer may apply where the store supports it
- Unlimited guided urge support and full access
Prices are shown in your local currency in the app and in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed and cancelled in your app store account settings. Subscriptions purchased via the website are managed through the payment provider.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the payment provider or app store.
7. Limitation of Liability
UrgeLock makes no guarantees regarding specific results. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
